View Full Version : Why Hollywood is better

I am a very happy employee of Hollywood video, never worked for the Block and always found them annoying. But why is Hollywood so much better? I'll tell you.
Hollywood hires great people, no "band aids." At first I thought it started with good managers. Then I realized someone was hiring them. I was right. They have some really good District managers, at least in the New England area where I work. Then I thought, who is hiring these guys? You guessed it. They have a great Regional Manager. I've never met his boss so I can't say if it goes any higher than that, but I would guess it does. It just goes to show that its all about the people, not the stock price, not the crap at the theaters, its always about the people.
Enjoy the rest of the holidays.

The guys at the Hollywood down here are rude to me when I call over mismatches from their store. I'm like "You KNOW I can easily just validate these in at the next inventory, so watch the 'tude!"

Our rivals, Choices, are like that. The conversations goes,
-"Hi, we have a coueple of your DVDs."
-"Yeah... and?"
-"Oh, okay, would you like me to give you the numbers?"
-*sighs*"Yeah... go on then..."
-"Okay..."
And then they sit in our MM pile for 6 weeks. :D

A) Try cleaning up your store and stop leaving boxes lying around.
B) If you are so successful, why were you on the verge of bankruptcy for most of the last decade, and finally got bought out by a SMALLER company??
C) I know HV employees, managers, and even DMs, and have had run ins with RMs. They are no better than BBI personel, and in many cases worse. Some of those people even work in New England, so your opinion means very little to me at this point.
D) If your people are so friggin' GR-REAT, then why do ALL of your DMs and RMs come from external hires, and not internal promotions??
E) Have an awesome holiday, and don't think about the next round of downsizes in the first quarter 06.

We have a family video that is the same way. We called them back in august to let them know we had 3 of their movies. We've called them every month since then, and the movies are still sitting in our drawer. Every time they will "send someone out today" to get them. HA!

I actually worked for HV for six months before taking a much better job at BBV accross town. I find Blockbuster to be a much better employer. Why?
-I get paid a dollar more an hour than I did at HV.
-There aren't late fee's, which puts less stress on the employees.
-HV had absolutely desire to promote from within. They just transfered, while at Blockbuster I was promoted to SL after two months of hard work.
-Can you say Benefits for part time employees?
-BB Corporate is much more reliable than HV is when they are informed of a concern.

What I find weird about Hollywood is that everytime I call them for a WS they always have a differnet method of taking my call.
So far they either:
1) Ask for the title of the movie, if it's VHS or DVD, and the last 4 digits of the barcode
2) They tell me that an employee will come pick them up (even though 99% of the time they call their customers and tell them to go pick them up themselves
3) They just say "ok" and then hang up
All the while I sit there thinking, "Do they have a uniform way of reconciling their WS?"

I am sure they do.. The other SL at my store worked for HV before he got a job with us at BBV and he tells me its EXACTLY the same.. HV has a different locking system and they have late fees.. also they have no backer cards so there are really no true specific spots for any movie, they just make spots... But other than that he informs me that eveyrthing is the same.. how they do mismatches is pretty much the same, wrongstores.. etc.. he even tells me that the push on sales is exactly the same.. (they have their own version of movie pass and other stuff too).. the only reason he works for BBV now is that when he applied for jobs he got one at BBV and not HV and he is a shift leader at BBV..

YEAH!!! Cause IF we can get revenue sharing deals, and avoid paying $15 for a movie we rent out for $4.50, the studios are going to just LOVE getting less than $2 per copy they give us. We could keep this business plan going until.............. next Tuesday

Just keep an eye on the bottom line.
There are some GOOD studio plans out there (esp the zero-up-front studios), but Disney is definitely NOT one of them. Warner has some good plans (and you will get your movies almost a week earlier than you are getting them now), and the minor studios aren't bad. I think Fox is good with the smaller releases (IIRC), but they can be brutal with the big releases (Mr and Mrs Smith, for example).
My advice would be to treat the buying as you do now (order the fewest copies that you think you can get away with, within the parameters they allow), watch your inventory (make sure you can account for EVERY piece, watch the employee rentals, and make CERTAIN not to buy and add any additional copies.... otherwise you pay the wholesale price AND the rentrak percentage), and make sure you are there when you get audited (I had an auditor once that was horrible. Not only did he neglect to check the defective pile and the PVM rack, but he missed movies that were on the shelves.... in the PROPER alphabetical order!!!!!).
Good luck. I have heard a lot of success stories with Rentrak. Of course, I have also heard a lot of horror stories. Just make sure you are using it for the right reason (to improve business, not as a last-ditch effort to save a dying business), that you keep their cut of the funds in reserve, and make sure that you are as smart in your buys with Rentrak as you are in your buys from the regular distributors.

Thanks for the advice. :) I'm dipping my toe in with Lion's Gate and Warner Brothers... if it works well I'll use it for the other studios.
My reasons for trying are mainly cause I'm doubling my space and I want a bigger presence of A titles that I normally shy away from. I'll also be adding porn which I predict will add 15 - 20 percent to my bottom line, so I'll use that as a cushion if I end up owing. I don't know when you quit using them but I think that they've retooled some policies.

seems to me if you have so much time on your hands that you can clean analy, then you dont got any customers Bud.
So at Hollywood it does not matter if your store takes money, which is always the first criteria for performnace, as long as you have workers and managers?

Well, good workers and managers can bring in customers who will spend more money.
My problem is, I have been in Movie Galleries, both in the States and Canada (here's a clue, Bud..... MG is an AMERICAN company.... so don't act like it's this great Canadian company that bought out HV.... and anyway, the store you work at probably isn't even a "true" MG any more than HV is.... it's most likely an old Video Update that they bought out of bankruptcy), and a LOT of them have "issues". Hell, I have heard of MGs in the Carolinas that are so understaffed that they don't even open half the time. How is that helping to generate revenue??
BBI may be bad, but MG/HV is only slightly better. Sure, your store may be great, and it may be across the street from a horrid BBI, but trust me, you (on the whole) have nothing to brag about.
And if you had looked into it a bit, you'd have realised that

I'm in the middle of Movie Gallery country and am surprised that they are operational at all. The video game section is terrible. The pay is terrible (managers get paid the same at BBV CSRs). It's just new releases and bad attitudes. As the belt tightens on Hollywood, expect more of the same.

Even if I were retarded, at least I can form a coherant sentence in the English language. You can't even claim to have French as your first language, as there are NO MGs in Quebec. So, what the fuck is your excuse?? Take some English lessons, and come back and tell us what you are trying to go on about.
And seeing as I have your boss's boss's boss's boss's boss's boss (that seems about right, but I may have forgetting a few boss's in there) on speed dial, is it a safe bet to say I just might know a little bit more about MG than you??
And I can almost guarentee you that I make more than your ENTIRE store does. NEITHER BBI nor MG/HV sign my paycheque. If you had done some RESEARCH before opening your mouth, you would have known that. Actually, yeah. In response to......
English isnt my first language, and who gives a shit about typing.
Since whatever third-world country educated you OBVIOUSLY thought learning how to throw rocks at Capitalists was more important than RESEARCH, let me repeat myself:
If you hire a prospective employee with language skills the quality of what you have shown here, you don't deserve to be running a store.
If you invest your hard-earned money with someone with language skills the quality of what you have shown here, you deserve losing all of your money.
If you accept your news from journalists with language skills the quality of what you have shown here, enjoy the USA Today.
It's not just you, so many people don't get it. When someone opens their mouth and a southern accent comes out, people automatically knock 30+ poitns off his IQ. He may be the most brilliant man out there, but people judge him on his language skills.
Who's smarter, Bill Gates or Ted Turner?? I don't know, both men have proven to have done pretty well for themselves. But Gates had a much easier time, because he doesn't sound like an uneducated backwoods hick every time he opens his mouth.
Now, even Ted Turner realises the truth of this. I am sure he has TRIED to temper his southern accent to be more "acceptable"
An intelligent person realises the importance of language skills. The truly idiotic try to justify why that is so draconian, and expect to be taken seriously when the talk/type like a spastic 6 year old hopped up on pop rocks and Jolt.
Now, if you are happy being a minimum-wage peon for the rest of your life, just keep up that "I don't need to learn me no proper grammer (sic)" attitude.
And the reason that I pointed out some of what I did was (knowing your aversion to RESEARCH) to demostrate that I know a LITTLE (and definitely more than you) about how your company operates. Ever wonder why they call themselves the "low-cost provider"?? Managers make the absolute minimum for salaried employees, CSRs make the absolute minimum, and SLs (or what you call SCSRs) usually get their raises screwed up, and also make minimum.
Now, MG does a LOT of things right (sadly, buying HV for $1.2 BILLION of new debt was not one of them). But if you think overpaying their employees is one of them (especially ones that never should have gotten past the interview, with such a wonderful mastery of the language), you have been sadly misinformed.
Now, after you go and have someone explain all of these big words to you, I wait for your oh-so-eloquent reply.
Maybe you can have someone translate it into English for you before posting it. Do you think you might be able to do that??

Do you think you might be able to do that??
yea im pretty sure i culd understand what u type on the keybard.

Would lower the malpractice costs when they all quit fucking up because of the language barrier. But that's not important. It's only a matter of life and death.
But ofcourse your right i earn Minimum Wage..My 2005 Truck Screams "im poor im poor!", Wait lets ask my Rings? Nope they are pretty silent..Wait! maybe JUST maybe my my chain will say someting?..wait nope its pretty silent too
Oh. A pick-me-up truck, rings AND chains. Too bad you didn't pick up the language as quickly as you picked up the "wigger" culture. And I am sure that your third-world culture is so glad that you dropped it like a first wife when you came into what is, in said culture, a bit of money.
Ahah your one funny balding old fart, you think you got it all in your palms, but you got nothing...english to me is nothing, the 4 Other langs are what i primarly Use.
Once, long ago, when I was picking up my second fluent language, my teacher said the most important language in the world is whatever your customer speaks. So glad to hear that you find English so unimportant when you are a sales drone in an ENGLISH SPEAKING country. Yep, just screams intelligence to the rest of us.
As i can see that 5,000 posts tells me that you dont get out much, and i gotta say its pretty funny seeing you get all worked up over petty things
Yeah, 5000 posts in the 7 years this board has been up.... well, that works out to 2 posts a day.... but of course (something you wouldn't know because your aversion to the language of your neighbours is only surpassed by your aversion to RESEARCH. I know MOST Universities value research to get a degree. But I guess Boxtop University, where you seem to have gotten your 18 degrees..... how many cereal boxes did you have to collect for that, anyway??....doesn't place that high a price on that.... or independent thinking) there have been issues with this board, so.... according to the stats page, I have about 3.6 posts a day. (The vast majority I manage to post on my downtime from work because.... well.... I can). So, how does someone with 5 posts in his first 24 hours (that's you) pull that card on someone with 3.6 posts per day?? Not to confuse you with that pesky logic they seem to have forgotten at Boxtop University
Well nice pissing you off fag, have a good one!i wont be back,so type what shit ya want, i wont see it.
A - Oh, good one. Homophobia. Isn't that punishable by death (or at least deportation to the hovel you came from) in Canada??
B- We can only hope that you don't disgrace us with your presence again, but that won't happen because.....
C - They always threaten, but they come back to see what is being said about them. But maybe you shouldn't, before someone actually says something MEAN to you
(p.s. blockbuster sucks fat cock and takes it up the ass, Movie gallery too. If you want Good service try small Stores(support your local stores and busniess!), who are more then happy to see you AND want your busniess)
That's what I've been saying for years. But it's so much more effictive for my business when someone from BBI or MG/HV says it for me, either through words or actions. Thanks for saying it with both.

8 e-mail mistakes that make you look bad
by Kim Komando for Microsoft.com
I get an awful lot of e-mail. Sometimes, people are looking for help with their computers. Some of it is fan mail.
Other folks are mad about something I said or wrote. Add to this the barrage of press releases and an occasional blast from the past when a former classmate or ex-boss drops me a note.
After facing this tidal wave of electronic words for several years, as well as owning my own business, I've developed some strong opinions about e-mail and correspondents.
Here are eight easily avoidable mistakes you should know about to keep your image and inbox in tip-top shape.
1. Failing to follow e-mail etiquette. I believe in the old adage, "You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar." There's no point in belaboring the etiquette issue. We all know we should be polite. But here are a few points to consider:
• Don't write when you're angry. Wait 24 hours. Calm down. Be reasonable. Have someone else edit your e-mail.
• Don't use sarcasm. You may think you're clever, but the recipient will be put off.
• DON'T USE ALL UPPERCASE! That's the e-mail equivalent of yelling. Your recipient won't be appreciative. Go easy on the exclamation marks, too. Overuse dulls their effectiveness.
• Use clear subject lines. That will help people decide whether to read the e-mail now or later. We're all busy. Your correspondent will appreciate your thoughtfulness.
• Keep it short. If your e-mail is more than two paragraphs, maybe you should use the telephone.
• Change the subject line if you change the topic of a thread.
• Unless the recipient has previously agreed, don't forward poems, jokes, virus warnings and other things. You're just wasting valuable time and bandwidth.
2. Thinking you are anonymous. If you are sending nasty missives, you might think no one will be able to figure out that the e-mail came from you. After all, you set up a phony Web address. Think again. E-mail contains invisible information about the sender.
That information is in the header. All major e-mail programs can display header information. Here's how:
• In Microsoft Outlook, double click the e-mail. Then click View > Options.
• In Microsoft Outlook Express, click the e-mail. Then click File > Properties and select the Details tab.
• In Eudora, double click the message. Then click the Blah Blah button.
• In Netscape, click the message to open it. Then click View > Message Source to display the header.
The sender's revealing information is in the sections that begin with "Received:." There may be several of these, depending on the number of computers the e-mail traversed. The originating computer is in the bottom "Received:."
That section will have an Internet Protocol (IP) number, such as 124.213.45.11. It can be traced on a number of Web sites. I use InterNIC (www.internic.net). The number is probably assigned to the sender's Internet service provider, rather than the sender. But the ISP will be able to identify the sender using that number. Remember the header if you're tempted to send an anonymous e-mail. You may be less anonymous than you think.
3. Sending e-mail to the wrong person. Today's e-mail programs want to make it easy to send e-mail. This means that when you start typing the address of a recipient to whom you have previously sent mail, the "To:" field may already be populated. Be careful. Always double-check the recipient is the intended one.
In addition, if you're writing something ugly about Joe Smith, you'll have Joe's name on your mind. Don't send it to him. I once knew an intern at a newspaper who did just that. He didn't like his supervisor and said so in graphic terms in an e-mail. Then he accidentally sent the e-mail to his supervisor. (The intern kept his position, but the atmosphere was cold, to say the least. And there was no job offer at summer's end.)
4. Using one e-mail address for everything. I have four different e-mail addresses: private, public, one I use for online mailing lists, and another for when I go shopping online. These addresses attract mail for those specific areas.
I can have as many as I want, because I host my own e-mail server. But if you are using an Internet service provider, you still can do this. Most providers will give you a half-dozen e-mail accounts. You can also use addresses on the Web for personal accounts. Both Hotmail and Yahoo! are good. You can reach those accounts from anywhere, assuming you have Web access.
5. Forgetting to check all of your e-mail accounts. Checking all these accounts can be a chore, especially from home. So I use ePrompter (www.eprompter.com), which can check 16 different password- protected accounts. Best of all, ePrompter is free. There are other programs that will do this for a fee, including Active Email Monitor (www.emailmon.com).
6. Clicking "Send" too fast. Reread every e-mail before you send it! I actually get e-mails from job applicants with misspellings and missing words. They all go to the same place: the garbage. This is a pet peeve. I'm not going to hire someone who is careless.
Even if you're not looking for a job, you want to be careful. People will judge you subconsciously on mistakes. None of us is perfect. But you can catch 99% of these problems by rereading the text.
And don't depend on the spell-checker. It will catch misspellings. But if you use "four" instead of "for," or "your" for "you're," it won't tell you. It also is not likely to catch any missing words in a sentence that you inadvertently failed to include. So take a minute and reread your text. Don't look like an ignoramus.
7. Forgetting the attachment. This seems obvious, but I can't tell you how many times I've received an e-mail with a missing attachment. Since we all do it occasionally, it shouldn't be a huge deal.
However, if you consistently make this mistake, people (perhaps important people) may think you're losing your marbles. They might even hesitate to do business with you in the future. When you get ready to send your e-mail, think: "What am I forgetting?"
8. Using your ISP's domain and not your own. Make your company look big. If you use a Web account or an ISP's name for your business, you're not going to look professional. You can buy a domain name separately for $20-$30 per year from a company such as VeriSign (www.netsol.com), or as part of a package from a Web hosting and e-mail service such as that offered by Microsoft Small Business. Assuming someone else hasn't already grabbed it, you can have your company in the domain name.
Let's say you run The BoolaBoola Co. If you use an ISP's address, you would have something like JoeBoolaBoola@SomeISP.com. But if you buy your own domain name, it could be Joe@TheBoolaBoolaCo.com. That's much more likely to impress your customers.
E-mail is almost like talking. We use it so much that we don't really think about it. But there are rules and courtesies, just as there are with talking. And there are other considerations involved in communicating by written word only.
Giving them some additional thought could make your e-mail experience more satisfying and your recipients much happier.

these are mere warnings. naturally, if a nOOb flames a royal, they're going to get flamed in return. i wouldn't expect anything less. but if nOObs want to flame, they shouldn't expect to win. just letting them know, if you flame the royals, you will be flamed to within an inch of your pathetic nOObie life :D
hell, koi and i got into it the other day, but i wouldn't consider it flaming, just fighting. but then again, i'm pretty sure i'm not a nOOb. or does the fact that i don't consider myself a nOOb mean i'm a nOOb. kind of like that whole 'crazy people don't think they're crazy' thing. oy, gave myself a headache

I couldn't disagree with you more. I was employed by HV for six months with no pay raise and no oppurtunity for advancement. Within three months of working for BBV, I began training for management. Not to mention, I started off at 6.15/h at HV and am about to go up to 8/hr at BBV as a shift leader. Oh, and no late fees. Sounds nice to the customers, sounds even better for employees. Less conflict :)

This was the only thread I thought would be appropriate for my fun little story. No use making a thread about it like, uhm, half of the new forum members have been doing all week :D
Long story short:
Had seven movies from Hollywood across town in my wrong store drawer for a week. Kept calling them. I kept getting 17 year old teenagers saying "uh, okay, thanks" and hanging up on me. So, I finally just grabbed them and swung by Hollywood on the way home. I walk in the movies and get approached by a girl about my age, only a fatty:)
Me: Hey, here are your movies. I had to come this way so I just thought i'd drop 'em off for ya. Do you have any of mine?
Fatty: It's about time. *rolls eyes* And no, don't have any. THANK you. *walks off*
Me: No problem. I'll be sure to just throw them in the trash next time, though.
She said "huh? What did you say?" as I walked out the door. I just kept walking :)
Happened today. Fat bitch. See, it's fat biotches like that that run around saying "i'm saving myself for marriage!"....Pfffft. It's not by choice. No one wants you because you look like a sofa.

Is it some kind of rule at Hollywood that they can't hire attractive females? Everytime I go into a Hollywood store, no matter what city or state, all I find is fat, rude bitches. And the guys they hire all seem to be flabby, smelly and at least slightly creepy.
The Hollywood by my store NEVER calls us to let us know a customer has returned our movies there. And they never pick up their movies at our store. When we get really bored, one of us will walk over with a little bag of their movies and haul back a giant box of ours. We'd do it more often (and should, based on the volume of customers who are apparently too stupid to get it right) but we have enough shit to worry about at our own store and with customers who have an IQ larger than their shoe size.

We don't have a hollywood but a mom and pop store. When I call them they say the will be over to get them, but they never do. I just receive them into inventory. I'm sure they do the same since they have never called us.

Im pretty lucky that I dont have any other stores anywhere near me that arent other Blockbuster stores so I dont have that problem of loosing dvds to the competition.

I had a Hollywood right across the street from me. I used to go over there once a week to swap movies. Before EOLF, I loved going over there and getting movies. After I checked it in, I would immediately comment the account, EVF VALID FOUND AT HOLLYWOOD. I loved the fact that that comment ended almost all arguements over EVF's. Though occasionally you had the idiot that would attempt to rationalize that it shouldn't matter that they returned it to the competition, it was still returned on time so they shouldn't owe anything.

I have had so many assholes "demand" we take off their 1.25 restocking fee that they had got as a result of returning their movie to Hollywood down the street, and then Hollywood never calling and telling us about it. They end up finding out when they get an automated message saying we haven't received it, yada yada yada. I pretty much laugh at them.

My blockbuster has a Hollywood literally on the other corner of the street (However, it is a pretty busy intersection). I love it when customers ask for directions to the Hollywood after they're 'dissatisfied' with our horrible restocking fee policy ( ) and I gladly just point across the corner and chuckle.
"This way is the exit. Thank you."

I'm not sure if its the same with other hollywood stores but the one down the road from my store (about a mile or two) won't accept DVDs back if you have the tiniest scratch nor will they take the DVD back if the art is messed up (ripped, etc.) I only know this because one of my SLs used to be a customer there for awhile.

I used to work for Hollywood and here's why they suck:
1. Sure, the RM hires, but if you need to fire someone...try finding him.
2. LP investigations? See #1.
3. My Hollywood flooded with municipal sewage backflow in 2001. When I called the city and THEN Hollywood, I got my ass chewed sideways because I didn't call Hollywood FIRST.
4. In connection with #3, we had a bunch of movies that got soaked in the aforementioned sewage. Guess what LP told us to do? GO AHEAD AND RENT/SELL THEM ANYWAY!
5. When they let me go in 2002, they told me it was for "loss prevention issues". When I pressed---I didn't do anything wrong---they said, "well, your last inventory was XX% short." Problem with this logic? I was a shift leader.
6. Pay is STILL shitty. I made $6 an hour in 2002; one of my friends works there and also only makes $6...in 2009!
7. Random stupid movies. Yes, BBI has their share, too, but still.
8. Stores look like ass. I have been in three of them, and they always look like someone forgot to finish something.
9. My friend at the HV in town informs me that they are no longer providing uniforms. "We just wear black shirts."
10. Paydays are shitty. 1st and the 15th?!?!?!? I hated that shit!
OH, SHIT! I helped johnlow bump an old thread! WTF???!?!?!?!?

Maybe they are classified as waitress, being they are suppose to wait on people. Buy maybe that is why they don't get tips.

I used to work at Movie Gallery. It was probably the best job ever until the store closed and liquidated everything (I got like 100 good movies for like $50 at the end of it. score!)
I work for Blockbuster(s) now. It's alright. The pay is better and my store does pretty well. I still miss working for the Gallery :o

Well, I was wondering. The Hollywood Video in my store has been closed for six weeks now. But... they aren't out of business. They had a portion of the roof cave into the store.
Funny thing however, when you look in you can't see anywhere that might have happened. They said they just can't find anyone to fix the roof? Something is just very fishy here?
They did howver post a sign in the window. Closed for repairs until further notice. Rental returns are still due by the due dates. No fines will be waived. I personally thought that was funny as heck.
But alas, Hollywood is so much better here. It has been shut down for six weeks now. Opening back up when who knows when? My Blockbuster has numbers that aren't even making sense. The office even called to see what was going on. They noticed the large jump in revenue. I even got all my hours back. Well, until Hollywood opens back up, lol.
So I totally agree, Hollywood is way better than Blockbuster. They just shut up shop whenever thet see fit. If your roof is really bad, I don't see it taking 7 weeks to fix. Perhaps it's just me? Who knows, but for me... Hollywood is totally number one in my book right now, LOL.

The hollywood by my BB closed for one day due to a gas leak, looking over the finances tab in the blue book, this is pretty much what it looked like:
Monday: $450
Tuesday: $680
Wednesday: $500
Thursday: $450
Friday: $600
Saturday: $1600
Sunday: $500
Can anyone guess when this happened? I'm curious if this is a preference thing or a convince >.> There is also a redbox right across the parking lot of HV inside of the McDonalds.

i actually have a hollywood right accross the street from my Blockbuster too. Only the hollywood is much bigger than our inline store. Customer's constantly bring back hollywood movies to our store. andours to hollywood. Only Hollywood and us arent' hating on eachother, matter of fact were friends. A friend of mine works over there and brings us back our movies all the time and i give him theirs.
The Best is when the customer says, "I'll Go to Hollywood" Like it's Going to hurt our Feelings. haha i dont care go ahead. EVERY MOViE RENTAL BUSiNESS iS GOING TO CHARGE LATE FEE's RESTOCKING FEES, OR WHATEVER. IT'S NOT HEY KEEP OUR MOViES FORR WHATEVER YOU WANT FOR $5. PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS! They will charge you a late fee at hollywood too. retards! US MOViE RENTAL COMPANiES DO WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY ON THE DAMN RENTALS SO GiVE EM BAKC ON TiME!!!!!!!!
