Are you asking who (else) has problems, or are you qualifying your self description as one who has problems with the online program?
In any case, what is it you hate about Blockbuster? Maybe we can offer advice, support, or help in general.

I did, then I eventually just stopped using the service. I've talked to others, and I suppose my situations were a bit more rare, but not impossible.
Problems included:
1. Getting DVDs shipped to me that I didn't ask for.
2. Not getting the first on my queue despite being listed as being available.
3. Not getting ANY movies shipped for more than a week, despite being an active member and the films listed as being available
4. Movies taking more than 3 or 4 days to be received, despite the new Total Access program (the shipping center is literally 45 minutes away)

Maybe I can help a little with some of yours.
1) We hire idiots.
2) The way the queue is set up is that even if the warehouse is out of an item, but one of the many stores that does the online shipouts has the item, then the item will show available. So lets say my store was an online store, then if we had it, we should ship it out as requested. However again we go back to number 1) We hire idiots.
3) Contrary to what our online service claims, the POS system does not automatically update the queue like it is supposed to. This is a little known fact. Corporate idiots hire idiots.
4) Going back to number 3, since the POS system doesn't update the queue, you have to wait for the items to get mailed by the store employees who are idiots and quite often lazy. Even if an employee were to turn in the DVD right after their shift, it's usually too late for it to go out with that days mail. SO it sits in the postal box and then it has to go through the whole snailmail process the next day.
5) Most of the people that we hire turn into lazy idiots. (Courtesy of Woodstock)

I seem to recall that BBV is supposed to "pull" the online checkin data from the POS at a certain time each day, and it will update your queue. I have turned in online rentals, and then a couple of hours logged in on the laptop and seen that I had five movies checked out (I returned two, and the next two were being shipped out).

Then it must not work in my area. I have several stores that have reported it not working, and even my store doesn't work. Hell I returned mine and 3 days after I had swapped out, the movies were still in queue.
Perhaps it is an issue with the work the guys at IBM did when they reconfigured and upgraded our equipment, but then again this has been going on since before then.
If it's working at stores outside of the south east, then I retract number 4. I stick by number 1) though.

I like number one as well, however I would change it to:
1. Most of the people that we hire turn into lazy idiots. :D

I like the original more, but we can always add a 5)

The POS doesn't touch your queue, but it will allow new rentals to be sent out. How do I know? I had three items out, had the opening CSR check one in when he came in at 10am, and by the time I got home at 5:20 I had an e-mail saying my next one had been sent out. It will still show up in your checked out items until they physically receive it though.

I am trying to watch all the Simpsons episodes and have only season one in my que right now. I still got disk one, then disk three, and now they have sent disk two. I am glad it is a series that doesn't require chronological viewing cause otherwise i'd be a bit miffed.

That was what I was talking about. Apparently the stores in my area don't seem to update properly. I dropped some off two days ago and still haven't gotten the update via email.

The day before my two week trial ended (January2) I cancelled my BBO. They are still sending me movies. They haven't charged my credit card, and I even called and told them to stop sending me movies. They haven't. Oh well, more free movies for me.

Day three and still showing nothing shipped or returned. I know they were checked into the system, I did it myself. It's sad when the employees get screwed over by the services we sell.
