I need Blockbuster Corporate Info please, anyone

This blockbuster online billed my debit card $10.59 for some account. I found out about it an cancelled it. I never opened an account with them, they totally suck. Had one couple years ago, but I think they are trying to get people and charging card numbers they still have on file. Anyway,
their customer no-service refuse to credit me, and I have had enough and want to contact their corporate office. Of course, I can't find any info on it.

Contact any local store, ask them for the customer service number for Total Access, tell them that you've already reached the regular number and received no help, they should have another one available.

That's why, when I had it, I used those prepaid credit cards you can get in the grocery store. Then I'd spend it quickly, so they could only take what was left on the card.

get a receipt, usually a corporate # is on it. or just ask csr and they will give it to you.

If you didn't authorize the charge, call your bank or the logo on your debit card (Visa, MC, etc) say you want to dispute a transaction on your bill. They will then contact BB and require them to prove that you authorized the charge, and if they can't do it satisfactorily you'll get the benefit of the doubt. The big CC companies almost always side with the consumer (you) in situations like this.
