I don't get it...The BB Way didn't work the first time, so why push it harder? Our Customers hated being followed around and us forcing coupons on them...The majority of customers coming to our store...

Yesterday a store in our District was only given about an hours notice right after a conference call and suddenly they were closed and must be gone by the end of today.....it was so sudden.
