scissor treatment is too obvious for the trailer dvd. A minute or so under a heat gun though will melt it nicely without leaving too much of a mark.

I actually have a data destroyer/DVD destroyer that doesn't leave any marks on it, I bought it at a flea market years ago, its pretty cool, not sure how it works though
