Gonna set it up tomorrow was speaking to another member of staff from another local store on the way home tonight and apparently they have the 24 ringtone

All you apparently need to do is dial 1(store code)1 and it calls that store.
And they will be bringing in a freature if your busy you can press a button and it diverts the call to customer services. Looks like they will be moving away from normal landlines to VOIP quite soon,

At last we can transfer calls to other stores. I am near other BB stores and people are always calling the wrong one - now I can just send them elsewhere.

Or even better, If someone asks a dumb shit question, we can tell them to hold and transfer to another store far away. Like Cardiff!
