Customers really don't care. They just want the bargains. Then they will cry when you are gone.

Don't get me wrong, I want to pull a profit badly. I just want to get the word out politely somehow, someway to our customers that in order to be profitable (stay in business) that we need to make money. Yet the customers don't see it that way. They think everything should be free for them and they should never have to buy anything when they visit us either. Since they don't understand this concept we are going to buy less & less copies which really inconveniences them in the end.
You should have plenty of blue rays and dvds since all you need to do is buy combo packages. Yeah, the online's need more copie depth because they are getting more customers.

but mom! I think people don't like the cover art and there is no description on the back I think thats why it isn't selling.

I just wish I had some say in the allocation numbers. I think when they sent mine for 30 Minutes Or Less, they must have thought that I had 30 customers or less. It was gone rentalwise in BD and SD before noon. Note to corporate: that happens when you have a couple thousand active customers you boneheads.

Ok so they sent us that chart. You know what sticks out to me the most in that chart? The fact that earbuds, headphones, and batteries have the highest profit margin, however they really don't send them to us anymore. And most of the time they would sell, especially around this season.

Good job of posting this. It shows your customers are nothing but numbers to them.
