SAR!! How are ya hun? What you been up to? My BBv closed a year ago, and because I have only been able to acquire a part time job, I went back to BBv as a csr. Today I was reminded of some of my biggest pet peeves (looking up accounts by phone number and a destroyed family section). Plus a staff where one of the managers didn't even know how to do fos. Oy.
