Man..
The minimum we get paid here in Canada is $7.82 (canadian.. which is now a lot closer to you guys)
And getting a promotion to SL bumped me up to $9.25..
Our ASM and SM are only making 30-35K a year I believe.. (my sm is in his late 40's I think... I don't understand why he's still there..?!?!)
And as for the raises.. they go based on your performance for the year right?
what if you havent been there a year yet?

i have a SM in my district that is in her mid 50's. and she stays because she has 401k, medical and dental, and is paid well considering she has been with the company for about 16 years.

i am not sure how it works in BBV canada, that would be a question for the lominator. AKA, lomithrandel.

Much more colourful really.
Even at that, the Canadian $ is not far off from the Yankee Buck.
Either way, I know my store manager isn't making great money, and nor does he do many of his resposabilities (aside from the money side of the store)

Oh and get this, Back to the rewards (i know, wrong thread)
but NOW, if an employee at our store DOESN'T sell 15 rewards and 1 presale a week, he/she gets a written warning. So before..we were rewarded for selling 15, now.. if we don't we get the chance to lose our jobs..?!? go figure.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Really?
I find it completely stupid that they now give warnings for something that, less then a month ago, they were giving incentives for.
So basically most of the employees in my store stopped trying to sell rewards all together... I think our weekly % was near 0.8..maybe a touch higher..
