How about just late fees for TA customers, since they are the source of being out of movies all the time. They don't bring them back until they have watched there mailed ones.

I am wondering what took BBV so long to include games on the online in store swap? Sure you still have to pay $4.99 for the game rentals, but it would have made the push that we just got out of much easier to sell.
