OK so I'll throw my 2 cents in here on this one.

Roger (god I hope you read this), for fucks sake....you did what everyone of our customers do everyday....YOU FOUND THE FASTEST WAY TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

That being said, you KNOW we all carry batteries so why didn't you go to your nearest BLOCKBUSTER to get them ???? Maybe because we don't carry GOOD batteries or maybe because you can get the same batteries at the dollar store or maybe because BBV was out of your way but your lazy ass didn't want to put any more of your hard earned (LOL) money into the company you supposedly support.

Either way, everyone else here is right.....your an IDIOT.

When I took over my store many years ago we were a 2 million dollar + store,
it will be a miracle if we hit 800K by the end of P12 and let me tell you 1 last thing....Pillow pets, As seen on TV, books, CD's and anything else that winds up in our stores will not help LONG TERM (and yes all you flamers I know it's probably not going to last long term but I really want it to). We need less crap to sell and more options to offer better deals to our current member base and then a few hours a week to get back into our neighborhoods, civic meetings, chuch groups, senior homes, car dealers, apartment complexs....etc, etc, etc.

I know the company brought you in because you have had experience in dealing with a bankruptcy but wouldn't it be cool to tell your kids or friends (if you have either) that you took a company in a shitty place in the world and turned it into best place you could go for MOVIES AND GAMES!!!

Just like when he wants candy he stops at Walgreens where the boxes are bigger AND cheaper AND fresher, when he wants a new game he preorders it from a place with a real bonus, when he wants a new movie he gets it off Amazon or from Walmart where you can save money, and when he wants movies by mail he uses Netflix where he can get streaming on all his devices at no extra charge.
