Well if the proccesor is an i5@2.5 ghz with 8 gigs of ram and 3gb gddr5 graphics card it would make it future proof + the core multiplier and fsb is unlocked.... your thoughts

cassette?????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????????????????????????

this is as extensive as my knowledge get about the old computers(personal only applicable)

The ram had to be spaced correctly on the mother board or else it would in essence over buffer the memory.

But I dont run below 8 gigs.

True but think of the new laptop designs they will be making later. The laptops won't look like a brick. :P

Even if the cpu is unlocked, you better make sure the fans can cool it down. I'm not sure its ok to overclock a laptop, the risk is so high that its going to kill your computer >.<
