I've noticed that when you scan it in on the online exchange screen, if they still have exchanges, the mailer pops up as "TA #######" if they are on secondary benefits or it is a DA/by mail only, it says "00 #######"

yea, but it sucks that u wont know that till u scan it then, u cant clear out if the customer decides 2 use at a later time.

This was always annoying. While you would think the customer should know where they stand, it remains good customer service to let them know if they ask. I don't see why 3 years later they haven't set up a tracker like the one for Rewards.

I haven't heard that but makes sense when considering that we're no longer actively pushing it. If true, they'd want to get this in place before the next drive.

lol i wouldn't doubt it.
sounds just like blockbuster to force us to push thousands of customer converts and then change the policies when the drive ends.
