It wasn't sexual harassment, it was a test. Anyone that stupid to flash a boob for a promotion shouldn't be left alone in the store. She failed.

Why sue Blockbuster over this? It isn't the companies fault. Charges should be filed against the sex offender manager if she wants some kind of justice... Assuming she's even telling the truth. She's probably just lying through her teeth to get some money.

She did go to the DM. It's further in the court file. And, hate to say it, but her "stupidity" is typical of people being sexually harassed at work. Just like 90% of people in domestic violence situations cover it up and put up with it for many assaults before they take action, if they ever do. Many just cover up the abuse.

Fact is, from a legal perspective, she has a case and has blockbuster by the proverbial balls.
