My question is....
Why did they lay off and force other SM and ASM's to quit by offering them a demotion and a store that is RIDICULOUSLY too far away from their homes? My store is on this list that was posted of stores that are supposedly going to be kept..... my SM and ASM and our whole original crew are responsible for that store to remain successful. My store is consistently on the top 10 best stores in the whole company, yet they insist on getting rid of the very people who are responsible for keeping it a top store. Now they have moved 5 freakin managers to my store.... 5 FULL TIME EMPLOYEES who do absolutely NUTHIN but stand around..... no wonder their stores failed..... the store is now falling apart and the customers aren't coming back..... WHY SHOULD THEY????? .... all of a sudden, the customer service blows chunks!!!! ...... I have BEGGED my customers to please bare with us during this transition, but I don't blame them a bit for looking for their entertainment elsewhere when they DON'T feel welcome or appreciated.......... I am the lowly CSR and my customers ALWAYS come first...... this chess game they're playing with our stores seems like a deliberate attempt to sabotage the successful stores. |
