"Fun incentives and pizza parties"- so in other words, a District Manager or similar higher-up calling the Manager On Duty every day screaming and demanding to know "why the f haven't you met today's goals on Dish sales????".

A fellow by the name of Zig Ziglar once suggested that the best way to be successful in selling anything is to USE THE PRODUCT you are selling. I think if Dish really wants this to work in the stores, they need to make sure that we have the product. At least have it in the store, jeez. Employees should get it for free. Screw a discount.

I expect the same enthusiasm and vigor for selling Dish as there was for Direct TV.

Lol how does he do it really? It really must tell every single custermore! Man or his store stuff must be very good at selling it. Or they must use special flyers lol which I have thought about doing. The flyers the company makes seems so cramp. It needs to be nice and simple looking along with pictures of movies like 5 movies. The reason were are pushing the passes is because
We make extra money lol you might have all heard about it. That people that are on the pass will most lilkely spend more money than a customer without it. Think about, customer that spends 14.99 for the pass then that person buys the 5 for $20 deal later on through the month and some Extra candy. That's 14.99 + 20+ 3= $37.99 that's good money right there

Cam claims on the territory (T05) calls that he follows the CAM process and that is how he gets results, lol. I follow it and people quit!

We'll see how he does with Dish vs. candy bundles.

Hey MaximusX7, it's your friend from your old store near Krogers. Guess who got selected to be the Dish sales specialist for my store? >.<

This is absolutely the most stupid waste of time the company has ever handed us. We sat on conference call for an hour and a half and they basically told us, "You're not actually doing any of the selling, you're just talking about the program and if a customer is interested enough to order then get them on the phone (in the store) with Dish and they'll close the sale for you."
