The DTSM in this district was a complete moron and she would ALWAYS kick a CSR when they were down in front of a customer. The things she would say to people would always make them feel so inferior. It really knicked me in my knickers the wrong way everytime she did it to people around me.

Sometimes people are just douches. In that case, I say there is no excuse for those types because much like the real product, no matter how much a pussy doesn't smell like a pussy, its still a pussy!

That's one thing I don't enjoy. When I was younger and playing softball, my coach, while I was on the pitcher's mound came up and said, "THROW THE FUCKING BALL!" I was 11. There was no need...

Now, a couple months ago, we had an MOD who berated one of our "slower," employees in front of customers and the employee didn't take it well. I'm an SL and he's an ASM and I'm lower than him, regardless, I still told him it was inappropriate because no one reacts well to that.
