Store Meeting Today
Got my store meeting today with my DM. She went to all closing stores this morning to talk to all the employees. Prolly gonna be the typical useless meeting on things we already know. I'll post back with some news later.

Atleast your DM has the balls to tell you the news to your face unlike the other poster recently who got the news over the phone.

That DM should be fired. Who takes PTO when the ship is going down?

Well, you gotta figure, they only have a week (from today) to use their PTO. The new owners certainly won't be paying it out, if they can afford it at all.

And, really, if you are the kind of DM/RDO that takes PTO right now, you really shouldn't expect to have your job 8 days from now

The meeting went pretty well. My DM spoke to each employee personally and let them know what the deal was with placement and unemployment. She was ready to answer any questions I had about the unemployment process. Sucks that someones DM did that over the phone like that.

Wrong again! It is in the purchase agreement. Any earned PTO will be carried over by the new owners.

That is only if Colbalt Wins the bid, which we do not want. It is up to who ever owns to determine this. We should see this answer once the bids are released next week.

They will all get UE.... It is automatic for layoffs, store closures etc...
