I'm never quite sure how to react to a move like this, as my time with the company has taught me that common sense is usually something to be ignored. But credit where credit is due. It's not flawless, but at least for once I'm not shaking my head wondering what the fuck are they thinking.

Half my district is group D. (We also have no A stores.)

My store is an A store, I am not really sure if that is good or bad. Knowing Blockbuster it's probably worse than being a D store

Haven't been into work yet to find out, but I'm hoping that my store is C.

i don't know much about it but from almond's description: you have four categories, A being highest, D being the lowest in terms of revenue.
and yet in between category A and D, the bundle sales requirement only goes up by 30 bundles? sounds really silly. |

7-day actives, not revenue

I went from an A store (it's moving) to a D store (SM left and I had to cover) and sweet jesus am I bored.
At my A store, it was a bunch of older/middle aged white women that would come in and were immediately skeptical of anything I would try to sell them. The D store, which is in a completely different socio-economic area, has customers that will buy almost anything. |

I think it makes complete since that a store with 3500 actives should do more bundles than a store with 2000 actives. We used to always be grouped by store volume until Online Rolled out. |
