Tuition Reimbursement forms for 2010

I saw a post dated December 15th 2009 that Tuition Reimbursement is coming back for 2010 (and it's a bit more open than it used to be, especially for part-timers).

The form stated that the form would be in Global HR and also in the Master Folder where all the MAP sheets reside, but I couldn't find it in either place.

Am I just missing something or is the reimbursement form not available yet? This would go a long, long way into helping me this semester.

EDIT: Here is the notice. I took a picture of it in case other students here (that don't have it posted in their respected stores yet) want in on it:

a couple of my coworkers called prior to new years and were told it would not be in the folder until the first work week in January... which was the 4th.
