I think it's worth sharing that my boss has dish. She was having the Hopper and Joey upgrade sent to her house to be installed.
But as they were installing, they couldn't finish because they told her that they have a "Don't go on the roof policy." ....WHAT THE FUCK!? I can understand liability and all that, but they had to hire an outside company to come and install it all to the roof... I mean what the fuck? Told one of my regulars about it, she told me the same thing happened to her... Not only are we middle men, were also selling shit service and installation... super... |

somethings not right , i had dish years ago and they put the dish on my roof just fine.

Go Direct TV, have had them for many years, great customer service, have had 2 dishes replaced (no cost) and recivers replaced ( no cost). Installer gave me his number in case of any problems, had one and he was out the next day(no cost). In fact I have had credits done due to some factors and it was no hassle, been a member for 12 years.
On the other hand I hear horror stories about Dish network customer service....
