It was a solid season finale, but not one that left you hanging much because I can wait til next year for LOST with no problem. I'm still pissed at someone they killed off.

I agree with that assessment. It was a phenomenal finale, but they wrapped up everything in such a way that you can put the show aside and forget about it until next year.

i'm really glad to hear that! I'm waiting for CBW to get home from work so we can watch it. I don't think I want any more cliffhangers!! I've had that with every other frigging show I watch! It's driving me insane!!

Someone give Michael emerson an emmy this year.

Great finale, kind off reminded me of the Heroes season 1 finale in that it closed certain chapters but left it open enough to get you back on board next season, very satisfying and not too frustrating.

Favourite scene... John after watching the orientation vid telling ben he's not supposed to fill the chamber up with metal as if ben wasn't aware of that fact , classic line made me and my girl laugh out loud.

She said those two are like the odd couple.

Yeah it's funny seeing anyone from Lost in anything else now, like Matthew Fox in Speed Racer.

January/February next year is the start of Season 5.

so, thoughts?

i loved it. way too much to take in though, going to watch it again tonight i reckon. loved all the time travelling stuff though. probably going to be a good way to get some classic oldies into it, ana lucia style. was good seeing her again briefly

god i've missed this programme

There were too many plot threads to keep track of, though having two episodes contributed to that.

They're also starting to let plot and technical errors through...like why would the time jump affect only the humans and the dog and the clothes on their backs and the raft they're in, and not anything else on the island?

But it's starting to ramp up and I'm excited and intrigued to see how the show plays out from here.
