I had one 16 year-old girl throw a temper tantrum in my store because she was not listed on the account. She called her mom (who was not the primary member) and told me "She wants to talk to you" I told her "I'm sorry, but even if I talked to her, there's nothing I can do. She's not the primary member, your father is. He's the one that needs to come in."
This 16 year-old girl with the mind of an 8 year-old yells into the phone "MOM! SHE WON'T EVEN TALK TO YOU!" and literally stomps out the exit door. Her father came in 5 min. later and was really polite to me and added her to acct. She was sulking and had her head hanging. Lol, what comes around, goes around.

Oh I'm in Dallas, I put detroit cause it's my hometown and my screen name is a character from there....and yadayadayada... I do miss Detroit though. Miss the white castles
