How did you get hired, what did you do to get hired...
What sites did you use to look, did they help, etc?

Having Blockbuster on my resume actually got me a lot of interest, via interviews. How I list my skills from my BB experiences:

• Ordering
• Shipping/transferring/receiving merchandise
• UPS (Yes, I list it separately)
• Inventory
• Banking
• Supervising shifts
• Daily opening/closing paperwork
• Keyholder
• and then regular CSR duties.

(yes, I actually put all this on my resume)

I also make sure to mention my time filling in as de facto store manager at our sister store when they were without a manager. If they ask for my "accomplishments", I list three promotions in fifteen months, and leading my store in sales.

But I also pair this with the listing for me working at the local college in the library. The University of Georgia system is definitely the more impressive reference.
