This guy sounds like a total trophy for Blockbuster. I would recommend evaluating whether or not this job is worth staying at after this gem of an SM came on board. It's totally obvious that someone like that is unfit -- and even perhaps not legally sane -- to even take on the task of a mere CSR at the store. What this guy probably needs is a very public humiliation in front of customers on a busy night.
