This store is about 15 minutes from the DC and about 30 minutes from the Home Office. It is also one of the flagship Rock The Block stores and gets visited all the time. It is also the home store to lots of Home Office employees. I have did visits to this store 100's of time over the past 5 years and have not once seen this at this location.

There is two bathrooms in this store, it has a beverage lounge and lots of extra labor. There is never a time that the store is not staffed by 2+ people, so I find this story a little hard to believe.

Just my thoughts.

If your boyfriends abusive? You kick him to the curb.

If a customer's abusive? We give them the store. What's up with that??

Is anyone else wondering if BB execs are putting in extra time trying to figure out which store someone is doing hair in?

OR ... Worse yet ...

Are they trying to figure out how to add a beautician in the corner of the store to bring in extra money?
