Store Managers not allowed days off till...
Store managers are not allowed a day off till they sell a Dish subscription for the week. So say a store manager would take a Tuesday off can not have that day off unless they sold a dish on Monday. There isn't a roll over period at all.

They're going above and beyond with this dish junk. For a few weeks, we had to text our DM at the end of every morning and night shift with how many est sheets, free rentals (because of the est sheets), leads, and appointments we'd gotten that shift.
And as of this week, we have to be on a 15 min conference call every day at 9am. My DM is constantly harassing my manager on her day off, asking if we're on the board yet. Like we wouldn't notify her immediately if we got a sale. We're far beyond fed up at this point
