Important info on Blockbuster

I'm at the Library of Congress. I've just used one of their subscribed databases to gather information on Blockbuster for people on the "I hate blockbuster site." Here it is:

I thought it would be useful to have the names of people we can complain to at Blockbuster.

I could not find that information on the web, which is why I used a database at the Library of Congress.

I doubt anyone else would waste their time on researching this on the web. I also doubt that besides Jim Keyes name being on the web, the others are probably barely posted anywhere, so therefore hard to research via web.
