Nothing wrong with using the spatulas for a few movies...

Being that there is such a large amount of DVD's for NR, they get to keep them for 10 extra days anyway. Why don't they make em 1 week rentals? It actually hurts on the week end because a lot of customers whant 1 week rentals and by pass these. We never seemed to run out of the big titles anyway.

I swear sunday evenings at my store, we regain at least 1/3 of our inventory.

that sounds like our mondays. endless returns and NRs must go out that night to boot =(

Our huge returns were on tuesday, since you can rent 2 day rentals and keep them 10 extra days no charge. SO every NR day they would bring them back. Not to mention all the online free rentals on tuesday

Sunday Evening = Death

If PRP isn't done, IT GETS DONE. It gets busy and everyone and their mother are dropping off movies, all the while, only 2 people are scheduled...

I used to work every sat, sun & mon during the day. Sat PRP pull , priced and sticker-ed( would make a scan of all the rental labels so Sunday all you had to do was scan them) sunday pull the reprice items and have them ready for monday to be priced,( always waited till monday to price, used the pos for pricing.)Monday, work on map and the damn top 20 movies and top 10 games(Hated that.)
