I still sell Rewards renewals. Even if we're out in six months, most customers will still get more than their money's worth. That's what I tell them, along with the promise if they haven't gotten at least $15 in free rentals, and the store is closing, I'll refund the difference.

yeah our "Make the day" is based on TNR. Usually around 2 we get very close, like under $100. Then we slip far away from hittin the goal

hmmmm. its seems that Blockbuster likes to dangle the carrot alot, where have I seen this before......O Yeah TA incentive. which we were supposed to recieve but now has been pushed back. Its just blockbusters way of getting us to sell, with the "intention" of a payout of money, which come on now people. it might work for the newbs but every one who has been around will know wtf is going on. but as the good little worker I am, Ill crank em out and see what happens.......
