Now, more to the point. Was all of this the DM's plan? Hmmmm, could be. I certainly believe DM's to be morally capable of such actions. But be careful not to mistake stupidity for conspiracy. We know that many of the longer serving employees have been getting broomed out company wide, but I don't necessarily believe that this specifically was the plan in your case. Trying to plan a termination of one employee (the SM) based on the possible actions of another (you), leaves too much margin for error. I think they just wanted people at your store gone, and this is just how it happened to play out. I suspect that if you had accepted your termination timidly and not complained, something else would have been discovered to serves as grounds to fire your SM.
One likely explanation that covers everything... your DM is a dick.
Most likely. However, my SM had a file full of write-ups. I only had three as a manager. I had a couple others from when I was a CSR/4-star, but I had already worked them off.

Not likely they'll compensate me. After I was contacted by the lady from HR, she mostly just said that even though he was in the wrong, they still said I did wrong, even though I argued that no one ever showed me the proof.

I guess it's conceivable that she bought two copies each of the Guinness Book of World Records for Gamers and the special Obama magazine, put down at minimum $10 deposit on 4 copies of New Moon for the calendars AND bought 5 copies of This Is It for the photo collections.

Johnlow could be Watson, and Zoo as Moriarty,

Kaw would be the victim.

You know, Pox, if you continue pursuing me, people will say we're in love.

I've already been down this road with my former DM. Thanks for your concern.

ETA: Also, in posting the link, I knew I would open myself up for criticism similar to yours.

Moriarty would never be flattered, back to Zoo.

You can be in Paranormal Activity 2: Vampire Ghosts of the Atlantic.
