Boss problems?
So my boss thinks she's queen of the world inside my bbv's four walls. Last pay period she opened my check without my consent and left it sitting around... I'm wondering if she can get into trouble for doing this? I've been looking around at bbv's policy but I cant find anything on it any SM's around that would know? My store is in Cali.

Are you sure if was your SM that open your pay check?? You have to be 100% sure before reporting it to HR. They are never suppose to open your pay check without a good reason. Also, SM know how much you make >.> So I still don't know why she opens your checks.

Yup 100% sure, she text my ASM saying she did and I forward the text to my email.

Yes!! don't know why I'm still having posting problems but my SM text my ASM saying she opened it.. I now have the text forward and saved into my email.

Haha. If you're in CA your SM isn't supposed to be texting anyone. You can get her in trouble for that.

Had an employee get fired for opening a letter addressed to the SM from a CSR.

dude not only can your SM get in deep doodoo for you going to HR with it, but she is fucked cus of the text AND cus you're in Cali. cali doesn't fuck around.
