*literally* sick from this job

i've been working 8 consecutive days and it was literally making me sick. last several days, i had a cold sweat and the very few foods i would eat would pass right through me. i started to break out all over the place the last two days.

today is my first day off and it's as if all of that never happened

i don't know what it is, but i'm thinking it may have been hearing and dealing with the same shit over and over.

madden! MADDEN! Total Access! clash of the titans? REPO MEN?!! NCAA? ip man? bundles! Losers? Our Family Wedding? Warlords? Blu Ray? LATE FEES! late fees? i don't have late fees. yes you do have late fees. pull! reprice! transfer!

kids screaming, running and knocking down complete bays while the parents decide to just buy one or two retail movies, no bundles.

customers giving you sketchy eyes and responses when you tell them you don't have any more of a certain title.

my SM telling me to read the details on the TA push coming up for the fourth time after telling her for the 3rd time that not only did i read it already, but i was the one who read it for her in full, highlighted it and explained it to her.

and all the other bullshit that comes with the job.

the most sickening thing was that i came everyday with a positive attitude, hit all my goals except Madden and suddenly it doesn't even matter.

this job is sucking me of my goodness...

BBI Syndrome, can only be cured with a six pack and by finding another job.

Psychological trauma or "insult" can frequently have physical manifestations. I prescribe a bottle of Don Julio (white), a vacation, and a new vocation.

Go to work.. when you are ringing people up, STA, scan the movies, and then hit F1 to print a receipt. Now hand the movies to the customer and say, "Have a great day!".

I think you missed the point of the OP's statement.

Here's another couple of treatments: sleep, get laid whenever you get some rest and opportunity.
