Greetings,

I'm one of the thousands of people who bought into the "No More Late
Fees" scam. What a joke. My wife asked all the questions she could
think of when she rented the movie. She's a sharp gal! She was assured
there were simply no more late fees. We kept it for a while... returned
it "late" and of course got the bill for the DVD and so on... you know
the story by now.

Anyway, I'm through with Blockbuster. So I cut up my card and thought
I'd seek out a "fan" page like yours and donate the picture of the
remains. You are the only person I'll send it to. Have fun!

Did she ask what happens when they return the movie after the grace period though is the question... would he rather pay the extremely small re-stocking fee or the $30 he would have to pay had he returned it this late when we still charged late fees. Oh well his loss, he can go to some other video store with much stricter return guidelines that will still charge him an arm and a leg for late fees.

Wait, if you cut that card up at Family Video, you'll get a free rental! Then you can rent the anti-Kerry video that's still on their shelf with about a gajillion copies behind the display cases. If you think Blockbuster sucks to work or shop at, try going to Family Video. They DO have porn though.

I always love the people that try to rip up their cards right in front of you. Then when that doesnt work its really hard not to laugh.

Um yeah.

If he returned it "late" and still received a bill afterward for the DVD then chances are it was 37+ days late.

If I was still working for BBV I wouldn't want that person as a customer anyway.

Had this guy once try to rip up his card in front of me, when the plastic wouldn't give he pulled out this little pair of scissors on something like a swiss army knife and tried cutting it. That worked for about half the card so he stopped and tried ripping it the other half, couldn't get it anymore so he gave it to me and walked out of the store head down in shame. Was great.

I know, its soo funny to watch. I had one person ask me for a pair of scissors but that's it. I've seen a couple people try for awhile to bend and rip then finally just throw it down and walk out.
