Do you guys/ladies have to active sell every day?
active seller = person appointed to shop floor everyday, approach customers and push deals on them on shop floor

omg are they bringing back the active seller?!?!
they canned that position at my store like a couple months after i started working. my buddy, who was the active seller, had to actually learn how to use the register. what they are telling us to do is when we're not behind the counter helping a customer or doing actual work you should be an active seller on the floor. entertainologist? I LOVE IT!!!

mm where just told if no ones in line and were not doing other work chores then go out and help people and upsell in the store.
